Capital Development Authority Environment Wing Environment Directorate, F-9 Park, Islamabad Request For Proposals (RFP) - International. Hiring of International Zoological Consultant Firm for Islamabad Wildlife Safari Park, Malpur, Islamabad. The Environment Wing, Capital Development Authority (CDA), Islamabad invites proposals through the e-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS v1.0) from eligible national and international consulting firms / joint ventures for the consultancy assignment detailed below, to be financed from funds reserved for FY 2026-27.Proposals must be submitted online through e-PADS v1.0 only, on or before the deadline given above. Manual, postal or e-mail submissions shall not be entertained.
Requirements
Firms having at least 10 years of continuous zoo, aquarium, safari park or wildlife park consultancy experience, current corporate / commercial membership of the World Association of Zoos and Aquariums (WAZA) and a regional zoo association, and relevant international master-planning and habitat design experience are encouraged to apply.
